I had an appointment this morning for a consultation. The staff there is very friendly and helpful. The office is really nice and clean. Dr. Pasternak was very informative and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend them.

My first son had smooth wisdom teeth extraction, nevertheless my second son which it was included tongue surgery…it was not so great the financial part. Doctor did a good job, but her staff poorly managed the financial part. I got a quote where I paid $501 out of pocket based on Delta coverage. After surgery I was told to pay additional $582 due to tongue procedure was not covered. Delta told me to not pay extra and during the discussions with office and Delta, I found out the tongue surgery amount was smaller value $435 and it should be included in the overall extraction payment. Based on Delta recommendation, I ended up not paying extra for now, but let’s see….

My appointment was at 10:00 a.m. I was taken back to an exam room and told to watch an informational video while waiting. I ended up accidentally falling asleep and woke up around noon, confused as to why I had already been waiting two hours just for my intake exam. The blonde assistant who walked me back was extremely rude. She argued back, and repeatedly told me, "Well, you can leave or stay, it's up to you." I explained nicely it took months to be seen, that I was in pain and had already waited two hours. Another assistant eventually came in, apologized for the delay, and even offered me a choice of gift cards for the inconvenience . Not long after that, the doctor came in. The first thing she asked was why I was there. I replied, "I think I'm here for an intake exam." She looked in my mouth for only a couple of seconds, briefly explained how the procedure would work, and said she could help me. She then started asking about my medical history, but before I could answer her questions , she asked if I used IV drugs. That question, after everything that had happened, really upset me. I work a blue-collar job, I'm a 27-year-old woman, and I had been awake for over 24 hours bec

I had two teeth extracted yesterday, and Dr. Pasternak and her entire staff were absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked through the door, everyone was welcoming, kind, and professional. They made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire experience. Dr. Pasternak was gentle, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything before the procedure. The level of care and attention I received was exceptional. It’s clear that Dr. Pasternak and her team truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to make them feel at ease. I am so grateful for the outstanding care I received and highly recommend Dr. Pasternak and her wonderful staff. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience! ❤️🦷⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great office! Doctor and staff were all very kind and thorough. Our appointment went quickly didn’t have to wait forever like other offices. I was expecting to set up an appointment to get my sons wisdom teeth pulled as his dentist wanted them out, but after the consultation we decided to wait as he is young and it didn’t need to be done and we can just keep an eye on them for a bit. Theyre definitely more conservative than other offices that would have just gone in and removed them.
